The fight for net neutrality will continue heating up in Canada it
appears. Bell has finally submitted the long anticipated request for
usage based billing.
In return for which we are assuming they would give access to such
wonderful things as ADSL2+ making us only 10 years behind western Europe
and South Korea.
Well then hopefully the luminaries at the CRTC will opt for the status
quo.
